Product Manager – Digital TransformationLeading a multi-product digital portfolio, enterprise roadmap prioritisation and connected commercial workflows.
Entrepreneur. Ecommerce operator. Product manager. Enterprise transformation leader. Different environments, one recurring interest: turning a messy business problem into a system people actually use.

Entrepreneurship taught me the operating realities behind a product: customers, pricing, fulfilment and commercial decisions. Enterprise roles added scale, interconnected systems and the challenge of changing how work gets done.
Today, applied AI is another way to explore that same interest. I build public experiments to understand the technology through the behaviour of a real product.
Leading a multi-product digital portfolio, enterprise roadmap prioritisation and connected commercial workflows.
Digital funnel strategy, attribution and marketing efficiency.
D2C and painter ecosystem roadmap, commerce, onboarding and direct-to-bank incentives.
Marketplace strategy across Amazon India, Flipkart and Amazon US.
A cloud-based assessment platform, from product concept and UX to deployment and go-to-market.
Multi-brand ecommerce, owned storefronts, marketplaces and the full commercial operating cycle.
My current work sits around enterprise products, transformation and applied AI, but the path here has crossed almost every layer of digital business — from SEO and paid media to marketplaces, ecommerce operations, product development, analytics, payments and enterprise platforms.
Product strategy and technical fluency built through hands-on work across web, mobile, platforms, APIs and digital systems.
Earlier in my career I developed working familiarity with HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, PHP and MySQL, alongside prior exposure to Flutter / Dart. This technical literacy helps me work effectively with engineering teams; it is not a claim of specialist software-engineering depth.
Moving business processes from fragmented or offline workflows into measurable digital systems.
Experience spanning owned ecommerce, B2B/B2B2C commerce, marketplace operations and digital distribution.
Earlier digital roles included direct responsibility for customer acquisition, performance marketing, local discovery and campaign measurement.
Earlier hands-on digital roles gave me direct exposure to acquisition, campaign measurement and customer discovery — experience that now informs how I think about product adoption and growth.
Digital engagement has ranged from messaging channels and verified business identities to content production and customer-facing experiences.
The operating side of product work has always included commercial decisions, stakeholders, budgets and execution governance.
A deeper view of the platforms, channels, tools and business problems I’ve worked across over the years.
