Contact messages
If you contact me through this site, the form uses your name, email, optional organisation and message to respond to your enquiry. Messages are processed on Google Cloud/Firebase. When email delivery is configured, the message is sent through Resend to hello@prasanjitsaha.com with a copy to zealous.zany@gmail.com. The form only reports success when the email provider accepts it.
For successful delivery, the site stores a delivery identifier and timestamp for operational verification for up to 30 days. Your message content is not stored in the website database. Email copies remain in the recipient’s mailbox until deleted. A short-lived, hashed network identifier is used to limit spam; it is deleted after its rate-limit window through scheduled cleanup.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics loads only if you choose “Allow analytics”. It helps understand page visits and interactions such as searches, sharing and theme changes. Contact messages and email addresses are not sent to analytics. You can change your choice through “Analytics preferences” in the footer. Google processes analytics information under its own privacy terms.
Local preferences
Your theme choice and analytics preference are saved in your browser. The private admin area uses Firebase Authentication to maintain an authorised session.

To request access to or deletion of contact information, email hello@prasanjitsaha.com. No contact information is sold. This page describes the website’s implementation; external services and linked websites have their own policies.
